Individuals purchasing passes for a drop-in training programs have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel the order and receive a full refund. There will be no refund or credit issued for any reasons for cancellation after 48 hours from purchase. Passes cannot be transferred to another athlete.
Athletes who sign up for a session but do not attend will be marked as "No-Shows" which uses up a credit on the pass.
