Laura Condotta

Laura Condotta has been a Team Ontario coach for the past 2 years. Her time with Team Ontario began as an athlete with Team Ontario in 2014 and has been representing Canada on our Beach National team since 2019. Laura has recently returned home from playing professional indoor volleyball overseas and has begun coaching with Team Ontario’s Year-Round training group. Laura’s coaching style cultivates an environment of self-evaluation, inclusion, and personal accountability. Laura builds strong relationships with the athletes and coaches she works with. She recognizes that her ability to draw out learning from the people around her, will be determined by the quality of the relationship she has with the people she is teaching.
