This court time is an opportunity to support:
Volleyball 4 Life
- adult teams who are looking to practice for their league games, or just gather some friends and play some beach during the winter season.
- Balls available for use.
Indoor OVA Teams of all age groups
- indoor club teams to book a session for their team to benefit from some time on the sand.
- Improve relationships through fun team bonding
- Improve physical literacy for ball control
- Improve power for jumping, endurance for long rallies
- Create meaningful ball contacts for all athletes
- All sessions are self-led unless a request has been made for the support of a team O beach coach at no extra cost.
- We will do our best to find an available coach to support the session, however, it is not guaranteed we will have one available.
Cost: $225+HST/ 2hrs
